Speakers & Keynotes: The speakers listed for the Opening Ceremony and Keynote speakers for Plenary Sessions are subject to final confirmation (TBC).
Technical Session Capacity: The schedule is planned for ~45 papers. If the number of papers reaches to a certain number, sessions might be organised as Parallel Sessions.
Plenary Session 1 Rationale: "AI Applications" was chosen as the opening theme to maximise engagement from all participants and the public, highlighting it as the sector's most current and vital topic.
Technical Topics: The papers in the technical streams will cover: Legal Security, Electronic Registers, and AI & Property Valuation.
The Gala Dinner is intentionally scheduled for October 29 to coincide with Foundation day of the Republic of Turkiye, a major national holiday. This arrangement aims to combine the conference gala with a special Republic Day Reception, offering international delegates a unique opportunity to experience this significant celebration together.
Technical Excursion:  technical tours visiting the Istanbul Land Registry and Cadastre Offices and also Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality are scheduled for Friday, 30 October. This is an optional, ticketed event requiring separate registration.
