The scientific programme of the FIG 2026 Istanbul Conference, organized within the scope of the FIG Cadastre and Land Management Commission and the FIG Commission on Valuation, is coordinated by the Scientific Committee, composed of distinguished academics in the field.
The Scientific Committee brings together academics from leading universities in Türkiye and worldwide, working in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, and related disciplines. Committee members have been selected among experts internationally recognized for their scientific work in areas such as cadastre, land management, spatial information systems, real estate valuation, and artificial intelligence applications.
The Scientific Committee will finalise the paper evaluation and programme development processes.
The Scientific Committee will be expanded through the inclusion of academics and sector professionals who contribute to the review process.
